What you submit

We collect the contact information, vehicle details and media you provide, along with your submission and acknowledgment records. The information is accurate to your knowledge and you are legally authorized to sell the vehicle.

Submission does not guarantee an offer; any offer may change after inspection or verification.

Vehicle evaluation and your media

RideWorth Powersports LLC may use the photos, video and vehicle details you submit — including with automated and AI evaluation tools and the service providers that run them — to evaluate your vehicle, improve our evaluation methods, and train our valuation models. Your name and contact details are not included in that evaluation data.

You keep ownership of your photos and grant RideWorth a license to use them for these purposes.

Contact and your choices

We may contact you about your vehicle and about RideWorth services. Reply STOP or email us to opt out. We do not sell your contact information.

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time. Contact RideWorth through your existing conversation or the contact information on our business website. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information.

How long we keep information

We keep your submission and vehicle details for five years after your last contact with us, photos for five years and video for two years, so we can recognize returning sellers and improve our evaluations. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time.

Relevant, verified seller or vehicle activity can restart the retention period, such as a new submission, inspection or repair. Routine views, emails, retries and system maintenance do not extend it. If we acquire a vehicle, its associated records and retained media stay with its history through our ownership and for seven years after sale or other disposition.

After the lead record ages out, assessment labels and ledger data may remain in de-identified form. A documented legal obligation, active transaction or legal hold may require retaining specific information longer.

Website analytics

When enabled, we use PostHog to understand how our website works. This analytics configuration is cookieless, uses no session recording and collects only explicitly selected events, such as a page visit, an intake step or whether an action succeeded. It does not automatically capture everything you click or type.

Analytics events exclude your name, email, phone number, VIN, free-text answers, submitted media and record identifiers. Page events use the page path without query strings or fragments. An intake-start event may include an approved campaign label from a link; unknown labels and the rest of the query string are excluded. Staff events record only action outcomes. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track preference.

Analytics retention follows our PostHog plan, which currently specifies seven years. PostHog applies its retention policy by project; we have not yet verified when older analytics events are deleted.
